Privacy

This website is run by Will Midgley, trading as BN3 PPC, Brighton & Hove. You can contact me at will@bn3ppc.co.uk.

Enquiry form

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, message and any phone number or website you choose to add. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide my services. The form is processed by my website host, Netlify, and the message reaches me by email through Google Workspace. I keep enquiries no longer than needed. My lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to people who contact me).

Cookies and advert measurement

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google sets cookies that let me see whether a visit from a Google advert led to an enquiry. If you click Decline, those cookies are not set. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which the banner appears again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you by emailing me. If you’re unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
